We credit all sources clearly—whether primary data, policy documents, interviews, or AI-assisted research. When generative tools are used, they are noted. Human judgment and editorial oversight remain central to every piece.

Image attributions and alt text are included on all visual media. When a quote, chart, or graphic is adapted, original sources are acknowledged.
🤖 AI-Assisted Content Statement
Some posts may be assisted by AI tools (such as ChatGPT) for research, formatting, or early drafting—particularly in repetitive or data-heavy sections. These tools are used ethically and never replace personal judgment or lived perspective.
AI is a tool, not an author.
You’ll never find fully AI-generated content passed off as original writing.

As of June 2025, usage tracking is disabled in Yoast SEO, and no data is being transmitted beyond essential functionality.

🌱 Accessibility and Inclusion
Alt text is included on all major images. Posts are written with high-contrast readability in mind, using accessible fonts and layouts.
Where possible, longform content is also available as downloadable PDFs or formatted reader editions.
I aim for plain language when covering complex topics—without ever dumbing down the substance.
